The ANSIR® Mission

The removal of interpersonal reticence because it halts progress, destroys relationships and, marginalizes human potential.

Jack Welch, in Winning (pub. 2005), equates interpersonal reticence with a lack of professional candor, "the biggest dirty little secret in business." If a secret in business, the negative impact of reticence is over-apparent elsewhere in everyday life, from our divorce rates, to our routine usage of legal and illegal substances for sakes of coping, to the perpetual warring of our peoples.

The ANSIR® Strategy

To provide a means for individuals to realize self-fulfillment in their lifetime. If it takes a community to raise a child, it takes fulfilled adults to raise a nurturing community.

ANSIR®'s 3-Phase Execution

Phase 1. Who are you and Why are you here?
Our Personal Development website houses and exclusively serves our proprietary Self Perception Profiling System™ that identifies individual uniqueness or innate strengths. Our focus is on what is most natural and right about an individual, not what is wrong with them. A focus that respects, promotes, and fosters individuality, self-responsibility and personal accountability.

Our work grew from one stark realization and unanswerable question: If psychology worked, if it facilitated harmonious relations as its global reach and industry penetration would imply, why is everyone scared and no place on Earth safe? ANSIR® is not psychology-based nor a tangent thereof, but runs parallel to it and at some unknown distance. Why self-perception? Because no one knows you nor can know you better than you know yourself. Trusting self first, last, and only is the goal and gain of your Ansir.com experience. No gain had elsewhere and elsewise shall serve you longer and better than that simple wisdom wrought from self-truth and that forges self-belief. A walk with us finds you, your self-truth.

Our philosophy: If you don't have your own reason for living — a life purpose and creed of meaning — one will be provided by someone you know, some organization you work for, or some entity that you support through tithes and/or taxes. For 12 years ANSIR® technologies have been proving that no two profiles/persons on Earth are alike. Strengths exist to serve some purpose. Innate strengths exist to serve one's life-pupose. In ANSIR terminology, you have a unique set of strengths:14 layers deep and 3 spans wide. Innate strengths exist to serve you, your life's purpose. Know your dominant strengths and know who and why you are here, a. k. a,. your own reason for living,

When an individual knows, understands, and accepts their uniqueness they consciously take control of their life by working with their strengths and serving their own best interests. None achieves as aspired nor loves as desired without significant support from others. Self-fulfillment pursuits involve everyone with whom you live, work and love so is a broad-impacting and all-affective. If it takes a community to raise a child, it takes fulfilled adults to raise a nurturing community.

OUR JOB in phase 1 is to identify individual uniqueness and explain innate potential. THE INDIVIDUAL'S JOB is to find their set of profile strengths; to understand their import and potential, and to accept responsibility for purposeful and meaningful living.

Phase 2. Where do your strengths belong?
ANSIR® began its phase two development, WorkforceDNA®, in 2001 to redress a problem made evident by 3 Sides of You® research: 70% of working adults acknowledged the workplace as being the area of greatest stress in their lives. A disturbing statistic not supportable by business evidence of the day. In 2005 Gallup Research confirmed our y2000 job dissatisfaction findings only, by then, the rate had climbed from 70, to 75%. Gallup published a book in 2006, by which time ANSIR® had developed and beta-tested its WorkforceDNA® software — the job dissatisfaction solution.

OUR JOB in phase 2 is to align an individual's strengths with their current and/or anticipated career aspirations and to provide long-term guidance for enduring and progressive success. THE INDIVIDUAL'S JOB is to establish a purposeful and meaningful life plan, to work with their strengths not against them and actualize self-acknowledged potential.

Phase 3. With whom do you belong?
ANSIR®-research drawn relationship fact: it is easier to love someone than to like them. There is an alternative to unsatisfing workplace and homespace relations. Interpersonal Compatibility is a demand service for couples; families; work groups; and sport teams. Phase 3 is slated to begin May, 2007 (check back for details).
