Since this is the beginning of the tour, we'll tell you a little about ANSIR® as a concept. It's fairly simple. It's all about you. When we sought out to research it was with you in mind. We weren't interested in appearances or behaviour, but in what lay beneath. What motivates and rewards? What are your dominant strengths? How can they be leveraged to personal advantage and benefit? You're here to find out. Expect to emerge from the ANSIR® experience with greater confidence in yourself and your future.
Everything ANSIR® begins with the 3 Sides of You® Self Perception Profiling System™. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and is divided into three sections: Thinking, Working, and Emoting. You'll see those categories, or "realms" as we call them, over and over again. We suggest that you take the test in a quiet place where you can be alone. This clears away distractions and makes it easier to answer the questions according to what you know about yourself; not what you think others want you to be. Remember, only you answer the questions. You define Who you are.
Profile Briefs™. These are immediately available once you finish the 3 Sides of You® Profiler™. They are, as might be assumed, brief descriptions of your results. This is the first of 7 Profile Keys™ designed to further self understanding. Use them to confirm having found your right profile before continuing.
Shortly after submitting your answers you will receive an email from ANSIR® providing you with a direct URL link to your private account. Login using the Name and Password that you chose when you registerd. Brief summaries of your results will have already been posted. Use the free account and briefs to find your right profile.
Explain My Profile
The WorkforceDNA® Report — an illustration.
Mike is a seasoned Corporate lawyer
and interviewing for a senior management position as a Corporate Counsel. While Mike easily makes the short-list of candidates, he's thrice-failed to pass final muster. The reasons [given] had less to do with competence in his field of law, than the question mark over whether he can move from the role of a senior individual contributor, to a manager of a legal team. Frustrated, Mike decided on a course of self discovery. He ordered his InDepths, then ordered his WorkforceDNA® Report.

He read it, was impressed, then set it aside. It would be more relevant once he'd secured a management position, he concluded, less-so for his job hunting quest. He had a killer résume. His breadth of experience was acknowledged by all the headhunters he'd met. Facing a fourth short-list interview and feeling less self-assured since his recent spate of rejections, Mike asked a friend to role play an interview.
" She ran through a couple of questions that I would get tossed (and have been but mumbled through). I thought afterwards that I really hate talking about myself and that it was time to get some prepared material together, rather than doing it on the fly. Well you know what comes next. I picked up my WorkforceDNA® Report and there it all was. My key managerial strengths neatly summarized. "
This is the kind of information prospective employers need but that most people, like Mike, are hard pressed to provide. The Report puts into words what you "instinctively" and "intuitively" understand. Much, of which, is gleaned from everyday interactions. When they are natural strengths, it is easy for you to overlook and underestimate their value to others.

Analyzing his Report, after having setup the Key Success Factors for senior management of a legal team, Mike could SEE in which situations he was strong and could be relied upon to lead effectively — and where it would be wise for him to elicit the support of fellow members. Of pivotal importance in team settings! Employers look for this degree of self understanding. They need this level of honest self appraisal in order to make the best hiring decisions. Whether you are job hunting, like Mike or seeking suitable outlet for your strengths at work and home, the Report enables you to make more success-loaded decisions for yourself and others affected by them.
