We are not psychologists nor do we represent ourselves as practicing or aspiring to practice psychology. Psychology is the science of behaviour: what someone says and does, versus ours of motivation-base, why someone says and does it. Change-of-response is self-improvement. Change-of-reason is self-development (our niche.) ANSIR® focuses on what is right about your person. The company believes psychology focuses on what's wrong and offers how-to fixes. "Trust Self first, last and only " is our credo, as opposed to the traditional "Trust us " doctrine of science and institute. ANSIR® informs, listens, shares and encourages, though will not interfere with the process and rights of individual decision-making. |

More About ANSIR®: |
The ansir is always self perception for questions of Who am I? and Why am I here?
Method
S. Seich invented the
3-Sides of You® Self Perception Profiling System™ out of a lifelong curiosity about people. At ten years of age she commented to her Mother, "There are lots of people but not very many kinds."
Later in life, Seich befriended the author of "What Color Is Your Aura," the late Dr. Barbara Bowers. Doc's untimely death precluded a planned Bowers-Seich partnership. There has never been a system as comprehensive as the one Seich developed, guided mainly by her own unique Styles of strengths and tendencies.
3 Sides of You® Profiler
In 1995, ANSIR® Communications Inc. was founded in Toronto, Canada. In 1996 Seich began developing her theories using the Internet. The Company's first e-zine, Mankind, attracted more than 16,000 research participants. A sampling of topics: interpersonal relationships; career approach and aspirations; workplace and homelife philosophy; life guiding and death deciding principles, et cetera.
Responses initially formed into broad thinking, working and emoting patterns which, over time, reformed into sub categories. This was the genesis of the 3-Sides of You® brand name.
Throughout 1997 the Profiler™ was adjusted with feedback from website participants. Each question was tested and refined before being assigned to the Style that had most strongly responded and most consistently supported it.
3 Sides of You® Analysis
Research was gathered in the form of essay responses that later were used to formulate the Style of strength analysis. The number of core strengths is 14, as determined through trial and error elimination. Each Style name bundles core strength and motivation. The system analysis expanded into the 7 Profile Keys™ of today.
By the end of 1997 the Mankind.com website had accumulated more than 30,000 Profiler™ records. In 1998 Seich compiled the data and published the first book, Ansir for One, 14 rare conversations.
