WEBSITE PROBLEMS & GLITCHES

Together, the 14 ANSIR® Styles of strength constitute a core personality language for the understanding of relationships; much as 0-to-9 is a core number language for the understanding of mathematics and note A to G is a core tone language for the understanding of music. The same personality language that understands one person, understands all persons. Meaning, each profile contains the whole of the ANSIR® 3 Sides of You®, System™.

All 14 ANSIR® Styles of strength are inherent in people. Your 3-sided profile represents a unique set of strengths and tendencies. Individuality is in their arraignment.

Personality is not inherited. After more than a decade of globe-wide profiling on the Internet we have not found, and do not expect to find two profiles/persons alike. Your ANSIR® profile is as unique unto you as your thumbprint. Sample snapshot.

Regarding the nature-versus-nurture conundrum, ANSIR® is onside with nature. In our experience, nurturing affects the individual's functioning confidence. It is natural for some ANSIR strengths to resist, for some to be susceptible, and for some to succumb to external influence. Nothing rights human nature quicker than self-confidence: the knowing and upholding of one's value — where your ANSIR® experience begins.

One WorkforceDNA® Report tool weighs your current level of functioning
against your innate potential.

My styles don't fit.
I can't do tests so how can I learn my profile?
Too many ties. | Trouble with questions.
My styles contradict. | My profile changed.

One realm doesn't fit me. How can I find the right profile?

(Read the Q &A below too.) Your profile is determined by your Profiler™ scores. While there may be differences according to the interpretation of some perception statements, ultimately you draw your own strength profile. The 3 Sides of You® Profiler captures and mirrors self-perception. If one ANSIR Style of strength does not fairly represent you, we suggest that you re-evaluate how you see yourself. Suspend the hard-wired habit of pleasing others while completing the test. If the results do not feel right, they are not right. RETEST, and enthusiastically too. For you have begun the invaluable process of cutting through past-layered influences and learning that more often smother than serve your core strengths and best interests. Do not underestimate what a wrong-fit on a self-perception test confers on you.

I've always had trouble doing tests.
Can I get my 3 Sides profile some other way?

Yes you may, try this....

— As you read Profile Key #3 in the book, highlight the statements that resonate strongly with you.

— Copy the statements. Note the Style reference (Realist, Healer, et cetera).

— Sort your statements by realm (Thinking, Working and Emoting).

— Finally, reorder each realm by descending frequency :: the most frequently occurring Styles at the top:: the least occurring at the bottom. Expect to be powerfully moved by what you have learned and revealed about yourself.

Also an excellent exercise in self-doubt erasure.

I found myself breaking a lot of ties. Does this mean my profile is not accurate?

Only the topmost layer of test results are used for the 3 Sides of You® book (Profile Briefs and Indepths.) Here is what an ANSIR profile really looks like. If you are breaking a lot of ties one reason could be indecisiveness which also is occurring IRL (in real life). Breaking a lot of ties might indicate that you are presently undergoing change (evolving or devolving). ANSIR correlates profile changes, especially Profile Boss changes in score and Style, with self-affecting life experiences. [ Experience, alone, changes us. ]

If you find yourself breaking a lot of ties ... if you are having trouble deciding between the statement options ... or you are just curious about the answer(s) not chosen in tie-breaking order myReport. It is a living document — the Profiler tracks shifts in self-perception which WorkforceDNA then displays. Perception is all there is and self-perception is all that you are. A shift in self-perception guides decision-making much as a compass guides navigation.

You will neither succeed in a job nor endure in a relationship
that draws on your least strengths.

Some of the questions don't relate to me so I had trouble choosing just one answer. What should I do?

Each perception statement in the Profiler™ is Style-specific. If the statement does not resonate with you or you do not understand it, then it does not apply to you. Answer, "Not Me" or "I don't know."

Most of the information hits the nail on the head but aspects of my three Styles contradict one another.

Less than one percent of ANSIR® profile results have the same Style of strength in all three realms. When your dominant thinking, working, and emoting Styles are viewed independently contradictions are likely. Have you ever been of "two minds" about something? Just as you have a dominant strength for each realm of functioning you have a dominant strength for your profile. Your Profile Boss™ ensures that dominant strengths are never contradictory nor conflicting in sum.

Strengths serve some purpose; innate strengths serve one's life-purpose. Work with your strengths, not against them. Meaning, know what your strengths are to know where you belong. Your strengths fit and belong anywhere that joint-undertakings make you feel good about yourself (meaningful reward) and where you willingly expend time and effort (purposeful motivation).

Style contradictions in a profile?
Nah! Look to context for explanation.
If work is not purposeful and meaningful to you it is unlikely that your potential will be realized or actualized. Career and relationship choices are your responsibility. It is as important to know who you are and why you are here, as to know whom you are with and why you are with them. Because, you cannot achieve as aspired nor love as desired without significant support from others. Because, achieving as aspired and loving as desired is self-fulfilling.

There are 14 core Styles of ANSIR® strength and 7 categories. What do they mean?

The 14 core ANSIR Styles of strengths are grouped according to keenest intellect: the means by which one knows that something is true and right for them. The seven distinct "truth antennae are."

Note the progressive broadening of awareness — from self, to others, to world. From the locus of my task-at-hand for physicals; to the inclusion of my and your rights for instinctives; to provable limits of knowledge for logicals; to as far as possible yet within reach of me for emotionals; to the breaking point for practicals; to the erasure and resetting of boundaries for intuitives; to infinity and for eternity for spiritualists.

The 14 core ANSIR® Styles are not people. They are innate strengths and tendencies. Know yourself well enough to make best use of native abilities and acquired capabilities (competencies). Align your keenest intellect with the dominion (self/others/world) in which your strengths are armed for excellence.

Get on a team (workplace/homespace) where your strengths are needed in order to contribute purposefully realize own value be rewarded in a manner that is personally meaningful. Put together your own Style-complementary team. Successful enterprises ONLY do that for sakes of their mission-fulfillment. So can even must you for sakes of self-fulfillment. If you are not fulfilling your own life purpose, you are fulfilling somebody else's.

My profile is scarily accurate. How do I use this information?

Step forward. Start showing up.
Get it right this time around for this time is all that you have.

"Our staff took your Profiler™ and was impressed with the results. Our company is interested in using your system to help us better serve our clients [ employee screening and career counselling ]. However, in the opinion of our Board, references to God in your test and analysis is not appropriate for our purposes. Would you consider revising your material to exclude these references? ..."

The answer, regrettably, is no. We are unable to exclude the one Higher Power/Creator statement in the Profiler™ and the single material reference. We'd no sooner remove the Higher Power aspect from the Healer Style of strength, than remove ambition from the Idealist; alternatives from the Sage; tick-tock urgency from the Visionary; loyalty from the Sentinel; love from the Empath; laughter from the Scintillator; creativity from the Evokateur; daring from the Extremist; boat-rocking from the Eccentrik; fairness from the Kinsmen; logic from the Diligent; responsibility from the Philosopher; and honesty from the Realist.

In the near career and job future we expect that such terms as Higher Power/Creator/God/deity won't be cause for censure and dismissal. ANSIR® recognizes and respects that some Styles don't leave home without a Higher Power/Creator/God/deity by their side. Exclude that, exclude them. When you are ready to break with industry mould, ANSIR® is the hammer you'll need.
