"I've found a Core peace of standing on my feet and facing the world with honesty...." Paula's voice is spellbinding for its thoughtfulness tinged with enthusiasm. At once confident, strong, good-natured, and funny, she's a person who has found, and is enjoying the journey on her own path. It's a path she knows is right for her, and she's pursuing it with all the confidence and clear-eyed courage of an explorer with a well-stocked survival pack complete with a brand-new compass. For a compass is what she's found. A simple tool with the power to keep her pointed in the consistently right direction. Paula is exploring her new path, but she wasn't always so confident and determined in the rightness of her journey's direction. She is leaving an unfulfilling career for one more suited to her holistic, cause-not-symptom, Healer sensibilities. Having known since childhood of her suitability for an entrepreneurial life, Paula opened a medical transcription business. Here she was able to take the reins and lead her company as she saw fit.

Her ideas on mutual respect and honesty in business dealings built a successful company, but one that wasn't satisfying either her Visionary drive to bring betterment or her Healer purpose of expanding perspectives.

"It became repetitive, very narrow-scoped, always trying to meet the demands of people who think of themselves at the top of the food chain...."

The next leg of Paula's journey commenced on shaky confidence and with lark-conviction until she happened on Ansir.com one night while websurfing. Her Profile, Visionary/Healer/Visionary was, initially, intimidating. It took some time before she had digested her life-purpose and come to terms with attendant responsibilities. It being daunting was one thing, though something she could have easily walked into or away from at will, except for the truth of it that haunted her and seemed non dispatchable. Once she'd taken time and experienced her Profile's resonance with what she knew to be true about herself, Paula found exactly what she'd been lacking during her time of change.

"The first thing is a sense of peace and confirmation, validation that I were making the right decisions.....Validation is something I've only gotten in small amounts in the past and then, only from people who knew me well. But this, this profile came out of nowhere and looked straight into my soul trumpeting self-affirmation. This was right. A validation of life change in capital letters and graphics. Objective confirmation of my soul-level direction being right, for me...."

Her newfound validation of career direction change made an immediate impact. Newly confident about herself and her purpose Paula began pursuing a career in holistic medicine. A field that enables her to focus on her patient's whole being, looking at physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. In holistic medicine she may need to lean hard on Healer strengths of changing perspectives, to help others understand that causes are more important than symptoms. Your person is in your body as your body is in your person. [ The bird is in the air as the air is in the bird.] And so it goes with health and ailment, too.

Paula is headed for a life of people-betterment by changing perspectives, as born and meant. It's the living reward of a Healer, trusting that that which feels right intuively is manifest in reality. Having experienced too much to don a Pollyanna suit and the rose-colored glasses, Paula anticipates that when self-doubt rears its ugly head again, her life-purpose compass will keep her on track through strange and trying times, likely dead-straight ahead.
